NuCoastal (Thailand) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastal Energy Company. Coastal Energy is headquartered in London and is traded on the London AIM and Toronto TSX-V stock markets under the symbol CEO. The company has offices in Bangkok, Singapore, and Houston. NuCoastal (Thailand) Limited’s registered office is in Bangkok. The company is constructing warehouse and office facilities in Songkhla from which offshore operations will be based.

NuCoastal (Thailand) Limited was established in 2003 and is the licensed operator of offshore concession Block G5/43.
